A complement to your meals that everyone will love
1 mexican chorizo Toluca
1 cup diced onion
1 tablespoon white flour
½ cup of milk
2 cups of parmesan cheese
How to make it:
1. Cook the chorizo with a bit of oil. Remove the chorizo and add the diced onion for a minute stirring constantly.
2. Add the flour and cook and stir for 1 minute more. Add the milk slowly and stir, it will start to bubble.
3. Add the cheese. It´ll melt quickly. Then add the chorizo, stir to mix well and ready!
