CHORIZANDWISH

This time we bring a sandwich so easy to prepare and delicious, that´ll become your plan b for every occasion.

Ingredients:

• Chicken chorizo Toluca

• Mushrooms Artellano buffet bread

• Mozzarella cheese

• Lettuce

• Tomato

• Mustard sauce

• Butter

• Egg onion

How to make it:

• Heat a skillet over medium heat, add butter and then a julienned egg onion with a pinch of salt and two tablespoons of sugar. Let the onion brown.

• Mix 3 teaspoons of mayonnaise and 1 teaspoon of mustard. Cut the bread in half, cut the tomato into thin slices.

• At the base of the bread spread the sauce, put the lettuce, tomato, mushrooms, caramelized onion and Spanish sausages. Finish with the bread topped with a little sauce.
