1 cup of Toluca Oaxaca cheese crumbled
2 cups of water
18 jalapeño peppers
1 tablespoon of salt
½ cup Flour
2 beaten eggs
1 cup of breadcrumbs
1 cup of oil
How to make it
1.Boil the water with salt in a pot and cook the chiles for 10 minutes. Drain and cool.
2. Carefully open the chilies from side to side and devein very well. Fill them with cheese.
3. Bread each chili through flour and egg.Heat the oil in a deep frying pan and fry the chilies until they are golden brown. Go through absorbent paper and drain. Serve immediately.
